Cody Jr.

Friday March 14, 2008.  Little Justin Cody Dove Jr. finally graced us with his presence.  Everyone is doing well and Little C is healthy.  Here are a few pictures of the little man.

Bradley 10 Months

My mom took some picture of Bradley and most already get them through email.  However, I do have some readers that don't get email from my mom so here is Bradley at 10 months.  Yes you read that correctly, Brad is 10 months.  My mom set him down in the back yard grass.  Needless to say, he didn't like it too much.  He didn't quite no what to make of it.  He has also picked up what I used to do at his age.  I likes to go around saying whhhooooooooo, as you can see in the first picture.  Enjoy.

 

Algebra

I started Algebra yesterday.  Can I just say, for the record, I hate math.  I have never been good at math.  I am an artistic (abstract) type of person.  I have never considered myself to be a numbers (logical) type.  Can anyone tell me the, looking at the image to the left, when did x-y+6 ever equal zero.  

To add to the equation (no pun intended) the darn math book cost me 135.00.  The class I had before that, Biology, the book was 160.00.  It seems to me that textbooks are getting more and more expensive as I go along.

The work I have to do in this class is astronomical.  This week I have 622 practice math equations, 20 more equations for another assignment and a 20 equation test to complete as well as two discussion questions.  I can't scan my work and turn it in, (being that the class is online) I have to enter everything into Word and work out all of the problems.  It is going to take forever.  I am sure glad I am not working for the next eight weeks.  If I were, I would never have any time to get all of the work done.

I HATE MATH!!!!
